William S. Magee, Jr., 88, of Cumberland, died Sunday, May 11th at home.  He was the husband of the late Ruth O. (McManus) Magee.  Born in Pawtucket, he was a son of the late William S. Magee Sr. and Laura (Trudeau) Magee.
 
Mr. Magee was a self-employed owner of the former Magee’s Lunch which was located on Dexter Street in Central Falls for many years. 
 
He was a Mason and a 33rd Degree Member of the Scottish Rite.  In his retirement years he enjoyed walking and was seen on an almost daily basis walking the paths at the Cumberland Monastary.
 
Mr. Magee is survived by his sons Peter N. Magee of Cumberland and William S. Magee III of Foster; his daughter Linda R. Morton of Manville and Carol A. Janicki of Plainville, CT; his brothers Robert Magee in Florida and Laurence Magee of Lincoln; 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
 
A graveside service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held on Friday at 11:00 at Swan Point Cemetery, 585 Blackstone Blvd., Providence.  Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
