Claudette A. Thorpe, 66, of Lincoln, died Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Rhode Island Hospital.  She was the wife of David A. Thorpe. 

Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Augustin A. and Gertrude E. (Cournoyer) Larue.

Mrs. Thorpe was currently employed in food service at Saylesville Elementary School.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters Robin L. Eades of East Providence, Dawn A. Eades of Jamaica Plain, MA; step-daughter Pamela J. Thorpe-Kirstein of Virginia; brothers Paul H. Larue of Woonsocket, Donald P. Larue of Johnston and Michael A. Larue of Lincoln; sister Gisele G. DeFreitas of East Providence; grandson Ryan Kirstein and several nieces and nephews.
 
A Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 am in St. Jude Church, 301 Front St., Lincoln.

Calling hours are Tuesday from 5-8 pm at Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Ave., Lincoln.
