Yvette L. (Thibaudeau) LaRiviere, 88, of Lincoln passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 25, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Lucien M. LaRiviere. Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Philip and Yvette (Lanciaux) Thibaudeau. Yvette lived a full life always surrounded by her loving family.

Yvette was a full time homemaker whose passion was cooking. She attended several cooking schools taught by famed chefs and used her skills to prepare countless meals for family and friends. She was also the co-owner of Belle Bridal in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

Yvette is survived by her six children, Yvette Hoagland and her husband Donald of Hatfield, PA, Lucien P. LaRiviere of Lincoln, Mark LaRiviere and his wife Jacquelyn of Chepachet, Eric LaRiviere and his wife Carol of Chepachet, Kenneth LaRiviere and his wife Ann Marie of Telford, PA, and Jeffrey LaRiviere and his wife Merric of Phoenixville, PA. Yvette was the grandmother of fourteen and the great grandmother of four. She is also survived by her siblings Jeanne Thibaudeau of Woonsocket, Roberta Masse of Chapel Hill, NC, Pauline Neri and her husband Frank of N. Providence, Louise Dakake and her husband Norman of E. Greenwich, Richard Thibaudeau of Lincoln, Henri Thibaudeau and his wife Rebecca of Lincoln, and sister in law Patricia Thibaudeau. She is predeceased by brothers Philip and Robert Thibaudeau.

Calling hours for Yvette will be Friday July 31st from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Lincoln Funeral Home located at 1501 Lonsdale Avenue, Lincoln RI. A Mass of Christian burial will take place Saturday August 1st at 10:00 am at St. Jude’s Church located at 301 Front St, Lincoln RI.
