Lionel A. Choiniere, 82, of Cumberland, died Thursday, September 10, 2015, at Greenville Skilled Nursing Center.  He was the husband of the late Edna Anita (Berard) Choiniere who died on September 2, 2015.  Born in Central Falls, he was a son of the late Armand and Jeanne (Valois) Choiniere. 

Mr. Choiniere was employed a an electrician for Quonset Naval Air Station for many years prior to his retirement.  He was a long time member of Chemawa Country Club in Attleboro.

He is survived by his daughters Joyce Choiniere and Karen Choiniere both of Cumberland; brothers Armand Choiniere of Cumberland and Roger Choiniere of S. Attleboro; sisters Yvette Perron of Cumberland, Claire Azzarone of Bristol and Madeleine Wojcik of Bristol and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service was celebrated for both Mr. & Mrs. Choiniere at St. Aidan Church, Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland on Saturday, September 12, 2015.
