Irene J. Soucy, 88, of Lincoln, died Tuesday, April 11, 2017.  Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Laurent G. and Marie Josephine (Mathieu) Soucy. 

She had lived in Lincoln for many years.

Miss Soucy was employed as an assembler, group leader and quality control inspector for Texas Instruments of Attleboro for over a twenty-seven year career. She retired in 1990. Previously she had been employed in the jewelry and textile industries.

She is survived by her sisters Rita Dube of MA and Doris Pullano and her husband William of Cumberland and many nieces and nephews. 

She was the sister of the late Gerard, Leo, Lawrence, Alcide and Robert Soucy and Theresa Daigle.

Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 9:15 am from the Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Ave., Lincoln followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Jude Church, 301 Front St., Lincoln. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Daggett Ave., Pawtucket. Visitation will be Wednesday morning from 8:30 am to 9:15 am.
