Rita (Drouin) Casper, 86, of Lincoln, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at The Holiday. She was the wife of the late Edward N. Casper. Born in Biddeford, ME, she was a daughter of the late Cyrille and Alma (Thoutte) Drouin.

Mrs. Casper had been employed by Carriere Furniture & Upholstery prior to her retirement. She was a member of Cumberland Friendship and Quilters Guild.

Her hobbies included sewing, quilting and being with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son Walter J. Casper and his wife Carol of N. Smithfield; daughters Susan A. McCusker and her husband William of Chepachet, Christine C. Deschenes and her husband Gerald of Woonsocket and Brenda M. Bouthillette and her husband Michael of Lincoln; 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Michael E. Casper and the sister of the late Philias Drouin, Leo Paul Drouin and Pauline Cantara.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Monday, November 6, 2017 in St. Ambrose Church, School St., Albion. Burial will be in St. Ambrose Cemetery, Albion. Calling hours are Sunday from 4-7 at Lincoln Funeral Home, 1501 Lonsdale Ave., Lincoln.
